Computime, a leading company in the information technology industry, has won an award for People Management Impact on Business Success in this year’s edition of The Malta People Awards, held on Friday 9th December at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Julians.
The company is thrilled to have achieved this award in recognition of its effort to adopt a new and successful approach in the way it manages its staff. This process was carried out over the course of a three year period. During this time, Computime has demonstrated a unique ability to adapt to changing environments and business requirements through a series of well positioned HR initiatives in line with business strategy and objectives.
Representatives for Computime attended the prestigious event, along with 18 other participating companies in a bid to win one or more of the seven categories for best company practices in people management and development at our places of work in Malta. Given the high level of competition and the fact that Computime is a first time contender in the event, we are delighted to have been recognised as key exponents for excellence in people management and business development.
