Property Management System (REAL ESTATE)

Another major software development project was the development of a web application to handle property management for the leading real estate company in Malta, Dhalia (www.dhalia.com). Established in 1962, Dhalia is the leading real estate organisation in Malta & Gozo with a network of over 10 strategically located offices in Malta and overseas. The application is also deployed for Dhalia’s Bulgaria operation (http://www.dhalia.bg/).

The system was designed and developed using Microsoft technologies such as C#.net, SQL Server 2005, MS Reporting Services and the .NET framework. The system is based on a Web Service technology and is accessed by over 80 users in Malta and overseas. The system allows property consultants to manage their property negotiations, sales, contacts and contracts. The system also produces vital management reports for Dhalia as well as customer facing reports including property images all handled using the MS reporting Services tool.
