ChangeDierctor UK Ltd was formed in 2002 as a joint venture between Computime Ltd and Andrew Hudson and Simon Lea from the UK. Apart from acting as a major investor, Computime’s role was also as the R&D outsourcing partner for the development of ChangeDirector Software System.

ChangeDirector is a software tool that helps people to execute strategy and change more effectively. The software is unique in supporting the full change lifecycle from strategy to realisation and can be used to:

- evaluate and govern portfolios of improvement initiatives
- define and monitor strategy using maps, measures and targets
- model and track benefits across multiple initiatives and areas
- evaluate and manage the impact of change on stakeholder groups
- report the status of initiatives in terms of cost, time, risk and benefits
- manage the allocation and utilisation of resources

The software is easy to install and can be deployed on a single laptop or as an enterprisewide solution. It is also highly configurable to match your organisation's terminology and working practices including support for MSP and Prince II. ChangeDirector have established two resellers so far and the software – now in its second release - has been recently purchased by:

We are currently working on the third generation of the software, the first version having been released in March 2008. The objectives of this release are to provide the users with a more intuitive and flexible experience. The software is architected in an n-tier environment, is fully web enabled and allows user customisation up to field, screen and view level. This new generation of software also incorporates more of a dashboard look and feel.
