Malta Financial Services Authority

A project we have developed in phases, and which is still ongoing, is the Registry of Companies (ROC) system for the Malta Financial Services Authority (the equivalent of the UK’s Companies House). Designed and developed using the Unified Process, J2EE and XML, on a Microsoft SQL Server database, this browser-based system was a direct replacement of the previous MFSA Registry of Companies system, in so far as it allows users to perform company searches and to download documents such as company memorandums and articles of association, however providing superior performance.
