Systems Union (UK) ''Best Newcomer'' (1999)
Computime Ltd. was appointed as the SunSystems Channel Partner for Malta in 1997, and was presented with this award in recognition for generating the largest revenue during the first year of business. The presentation took place during the Global Partners Conference, in San Diego California. 180 delegates from Channel Partners all over the world, and a further 150 Systems Union delegates, attended the conference.

Before becoming Malta's SunCentre we conducted ample market research in the field of accounting software. Through this research we realised that the Maltese market was ripe for the introduction of a more sophisticated and serious accounting software application. Most local companies, even the very large ones, were using products that were initially designed and developed for relatively small companies. There was an evident need for a superior and highly functional, feature - rich product. Winning the 'Best Newcomer' award only a year later, is very encouraging."
