The proposed BI solution is based on the world leading Microsoft Business Intelligence platform. Computime will leverage the capabilities of the Microsoft BI tools to maximize the value of data assets whilst at the same time leveraging investment in Microsoft Technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server™ 2005 / 2008, Microsoft Office 2007 and WSS 3 / Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.
Computime has been offering consultancy and implementation services in Business Intelligence for a number of years. This is demonstrated by our list of clients, both local and overseas including amongst others Fimbank, Izola Bank, Lloyds Register (UK), Malta Enterprise, Global Group, Midi Group, Orascom Hotels and Development (Egypt), Rixos Hotels (Turkey), Telecom Egypt (Egypt) and European Center English School. Over the last few years, Computime has also been providing data centric and BI projects with special focus on the local Banking Industry and Government.
Apart from these projects, Computime was also involved in a number of smaller consultancy projects. Our implementations targeted different business objectives, however the main areas that were frequently tackled include data collection solutions, budgeting and forecasting, monitoring of actual/budgets and key performance indicators, enterprise data consolidation for consolidated operational reporting and regulatory reporting. Services are normally provided on two levels, at a consultancy level (i.e. the analysis of business requirements and data management processes consultancy), and at an implementation level (technical processes).
