Terms of Payment

A. Training services

No refund will be given on cancellation of courses or certification.
Dates indicated on the website are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances – clients will be advised by email of an changes within ten (10) working days prior to commencement of course.
All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT. The amount shown on the final invoice will be inclusive of VAT.

B. Goods

Minimum amount of order should be of €100 excluding VAT
Goods may be collected / delivered, as preferred by the customer.
Delivery of items will be subject to availability, which will be confirmed within five (5) working days from receipt of payment.
If items are unavailable and delivery lead times are expected to be longer than five (5) working days, the client will be advised of such delays via email.
If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation.

Computime do not store, process, or transmit any cardholder data on their premises, but rely entirely on third party service provider(s) to handle these functions. The latter is responsible for the security of cardholder data in their possession and is confirmed to be PCI DSS compliant.
Computime do not store any cardholder data in any format (electronic, reports, back end applications etc.)
